Which languages does On-page support?
On-Page is available in 10 languages for the main tool. These are the languages currently supported by Google's AI: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese and Korean. Categorization and advanced AI functionality are only available in English.
What can I do if my language is not supported?
You can make your searches in English and run a translator after that. It is recommended to review manually the translated report.
How can I request a refund?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days. Refunds usually take up to 7 days to be processed. Please contact support to request a refund at email@example.com
Will my credits roll over if I don't use them?
No, but every month you get a refill.
Can I buy additional credits if I consume all of them?
This is not possible at the moment. If you have consumed all your credits, it is recommended to upgrade your account.
Why can't I see changes after I upgraded/activated my account?
If you are not able to see changes in your account, or if an invalid request message pops up after you completed a purchase, it is often related to the cached data in your browser.
The most common solutions are:
- Closing the current session and logging back in
- Clearing your browser's cache
How can I restore a previous report?
If your search timed out due to network issues or if you want to open a previous report. Go to the History section, here you will find all your previous reports.
Are there any restricted categories/search queries?
While we do not restrict any searches, the AI functionality will be limited for terms within the religion, adult and sensitive topics. This is due to the ethics & regulations boards that govern AI. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt illicit or illegal searches in order to protect the service.
Do you record all your webinars and online presentations?
Not always. There are different factors that can affect a live event, such as technical or privacy issues. In case we release a recorder version, we will send you a newsletter with the link.
What can I do if the reports don't change after I made changes to my website?
Clearing your site's cache is usually the solution to this problem.
Where can I see my invoices?
Your invoices are located in the Account section and the end of the page.
Do you offer private SEO consultation/training?
We do not offer that service. Customer support is strictly for On-Page related questions.
